“I was nothing short of blown away! The stock had amazingly complex flavors that matched perfectly with the melt in your mouth tender beef. The pearl onions and hint of tomato matched so well with the mushrooms and beef that I could hardly believe I was eating this at home and not in some world famous place in Paris. I have been to Paris many times and this is as good or better than anything I had there. The one serving per package is also perfect, so you can just have an easy dinner for one or boil as many as you want according to how many people you are feeding. I stopped and picked up a container of mashed potatos on the way home and boiled one bag of the Bourguignon. Talk about a good comfort food on a cold winter day! ”
"I was pleasantly surprised when I tasted this product. It looked as good as it was presented on TV and the the portion was very satisfiying. Not like an instant meal at all. I bought a container of mashed potatoes (which took 5 minutes to heat up in the microwave) and the beef Bourguignon comes in a boil-in-bag that's simmered in hot water for 10 minutes. Made a portion of mashed potatoes with an indentation in the middle for the beef and voila. In just this short period of time, you have a fabulous meal. So, if you don't want to spend hours cooking and need something quick and delicious, this fits the bill. I'd buy it again. It's worth the price."
